In the Blue Cave – Žanjice tour, we’ll take a relaxing break at one of the most popular beaches in the area – Žanjice Beach, known for its crystal-clear water. The beach is lined with restaurants and cafés, so you can enjoy a delicious lunch alongside your swim.
We’ll also make a short swimming stop (10-15 minutes) in the heavenly Blue Cave – one of the most beautiful natural phenomena in Montenegro. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in beauty: not just to admire it, but to touch it and truly feel it.
The other part of the tour focuses on man-made historical wonders. We’ll visit a Cold War-era submarine tunnel (built in the 1970s to shelter up to two submarines from surveillance and attacks, used until the early 1990s), and enjoy a panoramic view of Mamula Island with its iconic fort. Originally built by the Austrians in the mid-19th century, Fort Mamula was later used as a prison during both World Wars. Today, it has been transformed into a luxury hotel.
Depending on the departure time, this tour lasts either 6 or 8 hours.
